If Ludwig Beethoven loved Phở, he surely would’ve loved Phở Elise. Phở Elise, Für Elise. With countless Phở puns out there, this one uniquely pays homage to one of Beethoven’s famous pieces, Für Elise.
Together with the Beethoven theme and play on words, I wanted to create a more fun modern approach beyond traditional Vietnamese Pho shops drawing inspiration from American diner themes for the look and feel.
Early sketches led me to develop a pho bowl as a mascot and enabled me to create multiple versatile lockups. Following that, I crafted a a retro-inspired design logo to complement and unify the brand effectively. Additional supporting elements and patterns played a crucial role in refining the appearance and enhancing the packaging’s branding
